This is the forge of the Group where construction projects take shape, a newly established company that brings together the experience of Toto Costruzioni Generali’s design division and projects it towards new and more ambitious goals. Established in 2011, the company designs, supervises works and monitors public and private works. Specialising in the development of new construction technologies for the construction of road and rail infrastructures and renewable energy plants, it also stands out for its research into innovative materials and studies on wind towers. A young, competent and motivated team of around 40 professionals, mostly engineers and designers, is organised around the areas of design, works supervision and monitoring and provides its services in support of Group companies and third-party clients.
The use of the most innovative technologies and the constant search for the highest quality standards are the distinctive features of the Company, which uses advanced computer software for the management of the entire life cycle of projects and has obtained the certification of the Company Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2023, ISO 39001:2016, ISO 37001:2016, SA8000:2014, UNI PDR 74:2019
