Authorized in May 2011, with its 3,5 MW, it is the largest rooftop photovoltaic system of Abruzzo and one of the largest in Italy. The plant is built on solar slabs of some of the industrial warehouse of the freight terminal located in Staccioli – S.S. 5 Tiburtina Valeria Manoppello (PE).

Description: The plant is divided into two sections:

• section A, with a capacity of 2,5 MW, built on the roof of the warehouse called M, whose construction phase started in October 2012 and ended in December 2012. It produces approximately 3.150 MWh/year.
• section B, with a capacity of 1,0 MW, built on the roof of the warehouse called T1, whose construction phase ended in February 2013. It produces approximately 1.250 MWh/year.
